The opportunity - SourceCo are proud to represent our hugely successful prestigious IT client and a great opportunity to join the world of IT at an entry level.
* Hours of work - Monday-Friday 08:00 to 16:030 Mon to Friday
* Pay rates - GBP11.00 per hour
* Start date - Immediate starts available - 6 month contract
* Location - Kidderminster
* Job type - 6 month contract that may lead to a permanent role for the successful candidates
What does the role involve?
* Data erasure of IT Assets - using specialist software to erase laptops and desktop computers
* Data Configuration of IT Assets - loading pre specified software onto a prepared machine to customer specification.
* Basic repair & testing of IT assets - basic testing of machines to isolate any faults and determine whether it is economic to repair, upgrade or recycle the machine.

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required:
* Understanding of software and hardware systems used by laptop & desktop computers
* Ideally experienced, or qualified in an area of Information Technology
* Conscientious and diligent in recording information accurately and concisely
* Able to work with a thoughtful and consistent way and to set targets where appropriate
* Working quickly and effectively with a team to expedite the completion of this project quickly, accurately and efficiently
* You must be reliable, conscientious and a true team player
