They now have an opportunity for a Team Assistant to join their Customer Services/ Housing team in Enfield to support management of all their general needs properties to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided.

This is a key role in providing support to Customer Services Managers/Housing Officers and offer a comprehensive value for money housing management service to customers enabling them to sustain their tenancies

Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment

Excellent administrative and communication skills and professional and positive telephone manner

*

Ability to prioritise work, multi-task in a reactive environment and work to tight deadlines

*

IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

Evidence of providing a customer focused service that takes account of the needs of customer, organisation and external agencies.
