Start Date: ASAP Salary: GBP34k- GBP50k (Depending on experience)
Company & Project: Do you have experience as an Assistant Site Manager? If so, our client is one of the UK's leading and award winning house builders and they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to help oversee a new residential project of circa 100 units in Swaffham.
Experience of working on traditional builds is essential. Duties & Responsibilities: - Be responsible for the completion and overall success of the site supported by the Site Manager - To work on the project from plastering to completion - Managing sub-contractors - Ensuring deadlines and programmes of work are adhered to - Ensure quality and accuracy of all internal finishes - Ensure health and safety polices are followed on site - Creating snagging lists and ensure all sub-contractors are completing on time - Building good working relationships with other staff and departments
Desirable Experience: - Previous experience in assisting on residential projects - Ability to lead and encourage others to work in the best interest of the project - Experience of working on traditional builds is essential Qualifications & Skills: - CSCS (managers) SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid (all in date) - Professional, proactive and driven individual
