We are recruiting for a number of Process Maintenance Technicians with either Electrical or Mechanical skills and supporting qualifications. This Rugby based company has been one of the area's leading employers for many years and continues to offer long-serving and rewarding careers.
THE ROLE:
As a qualified technician you will carry out a dual role taking responsibility for your specific production area.; Primarily (80%) you will be responsible for the operation of production or packaging machinery ensuring product is created as per the specific orders accurately and on time. Secondly you will also carry out general servicing, initial fault finding and light repairs on the machinery to ensure continuous operation and equipment availability.
There are multiple positions available and opportunities to develop and progress within the company for the right candidate.
Successful candidates will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern rotating every 4 days over days and nights. 12 hr shifts (6-6). Every 6 weeks you will have 16 day rest period.
THE CANDIDATE:
As an electrically qualified candidate you will have a relevant, supporting qualification and experience of working on large manufacturing or process machinery tracing faults on switches, sensors and general electrical systems.
As a mechanically qualified candidate you must again have formal mechanical training and experience of working on manufacturing or process equipment carrying out lubrication, replacing worn components and general mechanical requirements.
This role may suit candidates with the previous title of;First-line maintainer, maintenance support technician, Maintenance technician, Production Operator

Salary circa GBP39,655 p.a
