Job Title: School Receptionist
Pay: GBP10.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Contract, 3 / 4 Weeks (with view of extension)
Location: Smethwick
Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 4.00pm Friday
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a professional Receptionist to work for an education establishment located in the Smethwick area. Our client strongly promotes outstanding education for every student and aims to create exciting opportunities to help each child reach their potential and within this role you will be a pivotal part of their front of house team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced reception environment, have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
Responsibilities will include:
Welcoming visitors and parents
Signing in all visitors according to the school's safeguarding policies
Ensure the smooth running of the reception area
Dealing with telephone enquiries and correspondence
Managing and screening phone calls
Carry out administration duties efficientlySkills / Experience required:
Reception experience (essential)
Experience of working in a school or education setting (desirable)
Excellent telephone manner
Proactive, energetic attitude
Friendly, helpful demeanour
Excellent team player with great interpersonal skills
