The Company
McGinley Support Services is one of the UK's largest specialist privately owned recruitment businesses providing the Infrastructure sector of the Construction and Rail industry with permanent, contract, and temporary staff at all levels and skills.
We have been consulting and recruiting for over four decades and presently working on the biggest major critical national infrastructure projects in Europe.

What will our new Business Support Coordinator be doing?
You will be undertaking a range of admin support tasks that will enable our Account Managers and Recruiters to deliver contingent workforce for some of the largest critical national infrastructure projects in the UK.
We would expect you to have regular telephone, email and social media interaction with temporary workers and internal staff; collating and entering customer and worker data into company databases (high accuracy is very important), you will also be issuing confirmations of status, IDs, and passes to temporary workers.
Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) are required to prepare reports on company activities, plan tasks for the future and prepare key performance data for customers. Issuing purchase orders, buying goods and services, and booking our temporary workers to attend events and training will also be required.
We will train you on how to publish communications through the company website as well as placing content on social media platforms - Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. You would be expected to monitor social media platforms for responses, and possibly undertake telephone surveys with temporary workers, and sending email shots or text message communications in batches.

If you are an experienced administrator, enjoy working as part of a high performing support function, relish working in a fun and collaborative environment, and excited about being part of a team that supports some of the biggest critical national infrastructure projects in the UK, then we can't wait to meet you.
