MSXI UK are growing! As a result, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our premium client's offices based in Warwick area.
The successful candidate will work within a luxury office environment, delivering high end customer service, while also being responsible for the smooth day to day admin activities and coordinating the facilities.

Front of House
* Operate the front desk operation ensuring that all visitors, delegates and staff are welcomed to Jaguar Land Rover and all reception enquiries are dealt with representing JLR Customer First Principles at all times and providing an experience that exceeds expectations.
* Provide a concierge service, offering assistance with taxis, local information and support.
* Ensure that everyone entering the is building is aware of any necessary protocols relating to Health & Safety, including Covid risks assessments.
* Ensure all visitors and contractors are pre booked into site and registered on arrival, signing in and out and maintain visitor's passes, coordinate with security and monitoring people coming and going.
* Support the key management process, managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.

Reporting, Administration & Auditing
* Report on maximum & actual daily training numbers.
* Support the creation of weekly registers to facilitate the checking in of delegates.
* Complete audits as required for training books and support weekly training set up.
* Support the Network Engagement Team with Training enquires and maintenance of the Learning Management System

Facilities
* Support and administer the CCAR process.
* Complete monthly first aid stock audits and replenish out of date or missing items, monitor with office stationery supplies (including Covid 19 resources eg. ace masks, hand gels, wipes etc.)
* Support the Fire evacuation process.
* Ensure all notice boards are up to date and hold the correct information.

Skills:
* Excellent in the use of Microsoft office packages, specifically competent in the use of excel,
* Adaptable to change
* An attitude of seeking continuous improvement
* Highly organised and accurate, able to multi task, work under pressure and maintain extensive attention to detail
* Able to work under own initiative and be a strong team player in a diverse team
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and office skills
* Understands urgency actioning requests in timely manner
* Ability to negotiate with and deliver to stakeholders across the organisation - focus on the customer
