Residential Property Manager

Residential Property Manager, Package: GBP25-30k + use of pool car, Based in Chester

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to join a leading Estate & Letting Agent based in Chester city centre. We are keen to hear from experienced Property Managers or a Property Coordinator, Lettings Manager / Lettings Negotiator who is looking to step up into a Property Manager role.

Residential Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspect of the existing portfolio, including landlords, tenants and contractors, which will involve regular property visits.
• Managing all mid-term aspects, to include regular inspections, contract renewals, rent reviews and handling maintenance issues including arranging contractor repairs.
• Dealing with all end of tenancy matters, to include deposit resolution and general tenant check out.
• Managing a small property management team consisting of up to 2 Property Coordinators

Skills Required:

• Property Manager experience, or a Property Coordinator, Lettings Manager / Lettings Negotiator who is looking to step up into a Property Manager role.
• Driven and proactive with the ability to build rapport with customers, clients and contractors.
• Ability to resolve issues with landlords, tenants and contractors in a professional but assertive manner if required
• A clean driving licence and is essential with access to a pool car available.
• Team management experience would be advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including Word and Excel.
• Strong typing skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative.
