Receptionist/Administrator
Salary: GBP18,550-GBP21,500 p.a. (pro rata -actual salary GBP7,420-GBP8,600) depending on experience
Part time - 16 hours/week over 2 days

Adept Computer Services Ltd is a small IT company based in Leeds 2 providing and managing a wide range of IT and telecoms support services. In addition, the company provides and manages an access system to Citispace apartments and hotel.
Purpose of the post
* Act as the first point of contact for the company, in phone and in person
* Carry out basic financial task and implement systems relating to services supplied by the company
* Be the company interface for tenants from the Citispace apartments and manage the systems relating to apartment servicing
Summary of main duties and responsibilities
* Deal with customer enquiries and support requests (by email/in person/phone) and transfer to others in the team where appropriate
* Responsible for a wide range of general office duties (filing, mail, stationery, etc.)
* Respond to queries from tenants, manage the system for the onsite lettings, take payments (using EPOS system)
* Administration of the tenant services
* Update relevant spreadsheets and record relevant information
* Administer the office petty cash
* Responsible for a range of finance tasks using the Sage system e.g. creating and entering sales and purchase invoice, allocating payments to invoices, etc.
Skills and experience required
* Highly organised and efficient, with an eye for detail
* Able to work on own and to take the initiative, self-motivating
* Able to multitask
* Able to meet deadlines and balance workload
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience of using Sage (advantageous but not essential)
* Experience in using Excel and other Microsoft applications
* Experience in working in a busy reception, responding to and directing enquires
* Have as a minimum, GCSE Maths and English
Salary: GBP18,550-GBP21,500 p.a. (pro rata -actual salary GBP7,420-GBP8,600) depending on experience
Hours: Part time 16 hours/week over 2 days, plus additional hours when required to provide cover for holidays and sickness
Contract: Permanent - starting October 2021
This is an excellent position for someone who has experience of customer service and enjoys interacting with a wide variety of different people
