BI/Database Developer
We are searching for a BI/Database Developer in Northumberland.
The role responsibilities:
* Developing database code powering our cloud platform.
* Supporting Power BI reporting Development.
* Build effective Analytics data infrastructure.
The person we're searching for:
* 3+ years working as a database developer working with PostgreSQL
* Expert Level SQL/T-SQL, PostgreSQL, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
* Experience working with AWS or MS Azure.
* Ability to efficiently write database code without compromising data quality, privacy or security.
* Create a presentation view of data to aggregate it and make it useable and model data into relation DB
* Write stored procedures, engineer ETL and build data pipelines
* Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics and isolation levels
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to evaluate alternative solutions and/or workarounds
