Day-to-day, you will:
• Assist with EPoS till builds, prepare equipment for installation, boxing, packaging and documentation
• Test and configure EPoS peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, tablets etc.
• Update software images, Windows updates, Pos software updates
• Work alongside workshop technicians assisting with daily operations
• Assist with stock counts and input figures into stock control
• Maintain stock levels within stock system
• Book deliveries into stock
• Assign stock to warehouse areas
• Prepare equipment for dispatch, booking with courier
• Maintain a clean and tidy workshop/ warehouse environment
• Take initiative and support continuous improvement of our customers experience by proactively identifying and researching potential challenges and creating solutions
• Also proactively identify any risks to service and the consequences to Access. You will drive and escalate mitigation.
• The hours will be 09:00 to 17.30

• The ability to develop a broad knowledge of our hardware and software

• Flexibility and pragmatism, an ability to self-plan and respond to shifting priorities
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and are a creative thinker
• A good communicator, confident, clear and warm with a flexible and constructive approach to customers and to the team alike
