Job Title : Embroidery Machine Operator
We require 2x skilled Embroidery Machine Operators to work for our client based in Didcot This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long term temporary placement. You will get the opportunity to work with a team in a fast paced environment with the addition of earning a monthly bonus based on KPI.
Job Purpose
The Embroidery Machine Operator's responsibilities include setting up embroidery machines, selecting tools and materials, operating the machines and ensuring that all projects are completed to clients' specifications.
Embroidery Machine Operator Primary Responsibilities:
Analysing and understanding project specifications and clients' needs before starting each embroidery project
Selecting the thread, fabric, hoops, and designs appropriate to each project
Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery process
Embroidery Machine Operator Key Skills:
Experience as an embroidery machine operator or similar
Good eye for detail
Work at a fast pace
Hours: Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00 or 12:00-21:00
Salary: GBP21,000 - GBP24,000 per annum
Location: Didcot
Benefits: KPI Bonus scheme paid monthly
