Technical Account Manager (Hands on, Design, o365, Azure, Citrix, Service Delivery, AD, Windows Server, Active Directory) - Permanent - Solihull

Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for a Technical Account Manager on a permanent basis for our prestigious business based in Solihull.

Location: Solihull

Salary: Up to GBP60,000

Skills/Requirements for the Technical Account Manager:

Previous experience in a similar role

Experience of creating and building out IT infrastructures

Stakeholder Management

Technical expertise within:

* Active Directory

* Windows Server

* O365

* Azure

* Citrix

Experience of improving service delivery

Time management

Solution design experience

Start date is ASAP for the Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for:

Working within an operational team, dedicated to the delivery of technical services and improvements

Where possible own to conclusion any technical escalations or formal complaints, escalating to the Head of Service Operations where required.

Ensure that all technical designs, solutions and changes are compatible with the existing customer environment, architecture and forward strategy.

Be the Technical Design Authority for all projects, solutions and changes.

Technical ownership of the management, planning, delivery and remediation of IT Service Continuity Management (Disaster Recovery).

Provide technical review, approval and oversight for Acceptance into Service to ensure service levels and support are maintained while championing service delivery.

Own, manage and improve all technical documentation for the customer with a view of improving service delivery.

To work in collaboration with the Account Director on new sales teams

Creation and publication of monthly Technical Account Management report.

Pro-actively inspect, control and support service delivery; working with the Service Delivery
