Manpower have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Engineer to join an expanding team for our Client, a leading end to end IT services company. On an initial contract running up to December 2021 this is a unique opportunity to work from home while providing technical knowledge to maintain and complete service requests.
This is a diverse role in a fast-paced environment, where responsibilities will include:
Integrating technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customer
Analyse proposed changes for business impact and provide approval at review boards
Resolve technical issues independently
Manage your own and team queues when tickets arriveThe ideal candidate will have previous experience/ skills in Microsoft InTune, Microsoft Azure AD and Service Now.
Due to the nature of this role all applicants must have or be able to obtain BPSS security clearance. This position is home based and the successful applicant can be located anywhere in the UK
