Corporate Solicitor

Are you a junior corporate solicitor who wants to deal with corporate work but for SME and OMB clients.

Our client is a large regional firm which has experienced rapid growth over the last few years. They are looking to grow their corporate team with an additional junior solicitor. You will be dealing with a wide range of mid tier work for a loyal client base. You will be dealing with corporate finance, share sales and acquisitions, reorganisation and restructuring work. You will be assisting others on some matters and dealing with others yourself (depending on your level).

The team is a great size with 4 partners across various offices. You should ideally have some experience in corporate either as a trainee or post qualification (up to 6 years). The role will involve lots of opportunities to get involved in marketing / business development. There is plenty of training, supervision and support on hand to make this a fantastic role in which to further develop your career.
