Working from home - The successful candidate must live within commutable distance of Maidenhead, Berkshire and be prepared to attend office-based meetings as and when required.


We're Ambleglow - a friendly team who bring a refreshingly down-to-earth approach to education marketing, working on campaigns for a range of clients within the Education sector.

We're a very busy team and right now we're looking for an Admin Assistant with a friendly, approachable personality to be our go-to person who can efficiently handle a wide range of client and business administrative related tasks.

Working closely with the Account Handling team, you'll provide essential all-round support by undertaking a variety of administration responsibilities including processing media bookings, accurately inputting costs into our system, assisting with media research, building strong relationships with our clients and lots more.

As you will be helping our clients, you will have had previous office-based experience in a customer-led environment and a good knowledge of MS Office. With at least three good A Level grades, excellent attention to detail, accuracy and spelling and grammar skills are all extremely important, as you'll be processing multiple advert bookings daily, as well as producing print ad artwork, proofreading and negotiating media costs, all while ensuring job sheets are kept up-to-date and correct.
