Interim Area Manager - Mental Health
Our client urgently requires an experienced strategically minded Area Manager to join their busy team.
The post holder is required to lead, manage and develop the transformational portfolio of services that meets the client needs.
They will be the strategic lead, responsible for designing and delivering therapeutic wellbeing services with progress measured through effective business planning and performance management.
Duration: Initially 6 months with permanent opportunities
Operational Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required)
Hourly Rate: GBP18.46
Essential Criteria
* Must hold a third level qualification in a relevant discipline e.g. Business Development etc.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management level position
* Experience in co-producing services with clients, commissioners and diverse stakeholders
* An excellent business acumen
* Experience of strategically developing safe services
* At least 3 years experience of business performance accountability & financial management
* Knowledge of the issues affecting people experiencing mental health issues and their support networks
