Based in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town, Ondine has specialised in the art of hospitality, focusing on the best produce from land and sea. With our passion for food and wine, we work closely with local suppliers and focus on independent vineyards.

We are currently recruiting for a professional front of house staff member who is equally comfortable with drink and food service; this is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of Scotland's premium restaurants

We are looking for a professional team player, with excellent customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude. The successful applicant will have previous hospitality experience, and with a passion and a love for the industry.

• Ideally you will have had experience in a fast paced, high level service restaurant in the past

The restaurant is open 5 days, Tuesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner, we are offering a 4 day working week.
