At Car Care Plan, we’re looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our Consumer Claims Team in Bradford to be responsible for dealing with customers claims and general enquires received from customers, dealerships and internal customers. This is a non-voice role, meaning all communication will be via email or via our online portal.
Driven with excellent problem-solving skills, candidates will have proven experience working within a customer service role, ideally within a FCA regulated environment and will have the ability to work independently as well as within a team. You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, have a good level of written English and have a keen eye for detail.
At the moment, this role will be working within our core hours of 08:30 until 17:30 but there is plenty of scope for more flexible working once you’re through your training period (approximately 12 weeks)! It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who may need to work around childcare commitments or perhaps you’d just like to do most of your hours in an evening. Either way, we’ll be happy to look at what works best for you.
Once you’ve found your feet, there is also plenty of opportunity for you to move up to the next level within our Consumer Claims Team, dealing with customer claims and general enquiries via the telephone. Should this be something you’d be interested in doing, you can look forward to an increase in salary too!
