Halcyon have recently teamed up with one of the largest care providers in the UK to work together and help find talented social care professionals to join them and have the opportunity to work across multiple residential and supported living services throughout the West Midlands and Southwest regions. They are known throughout the sector as the leaders in providing high-quality, personalised care, for both Adults with complex needs and Children and Young People.
Due to growth in numerous areas around the UK, this forward-thinking provider is now looking to bring on either experienced support workers, or passionate people that are looking to move into the sector. They have numerous residential homes throughout Gloucestershire, and have made it clear that they are looking for people that love what they do and are potentially looking to join an organisation with an outstanding training structure and that can offer support at every stage of your social care journey.
This role in particular involves joining a flourishing team in Gloucester, at a beautiful residential service, looking after adults with a range of different complex needs. You will be joining a well-structured team that make it their aim to make a difference everyday to the individuals that they care for. So, whether you're brand new to care, or you're experienced and you're looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you.
In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered an annual salary of GBP18,720.
