A fantastic regional firm with a superb presence in the East Midlands have asked me to help them to find a Probate Solicitor to work from their Loughborough office.
Situated in a convenient Loughborough location, with excellent transport links and parking, this firm benefits from its great reputation locally for client care and employee satisfaction. An established yet progressive practice, currently going through a period of expansion, this opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Probate Solicitor, keen to take on a new challenge, in a supportive environment
Duties and Responsibilities of the Probabte Solicitor:
- Handling a personal caseload of probate matters, with some involvement in wills, lifetime planning, and estates
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Private Client area of the business as well as those across other Private Practice matters
- Networking locally to enhance the visibility of the firm
- Assisting in training Legal Assistants and less experienced team members
