Full Time Conveyancing Secretary in Winchester

Our client is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Assistant to assist their busy Conveyancing Department based in their Winchester office. The role involves working for two solicitors, including the Senior Director.

You must have:

* At least 2 years experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Assistant and have worked in the conveyancing department of a firm of solicitors within the last 6 months

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong attention to detail, with good keyboard and word processing skills

* Good numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities of the role:

* Prepare various legal documents, using digital dictation as and when instructed

* Make online searches and Land Registry applications

* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other organisations

* Using the case management system

* Opening paper and electronic files, scanning and photocopying as and when required

This is a full time role working 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
