Are you looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer role which is diverse, supporting a range of customers, managing their infrastructure delivering improvements and upgrades?
Our client is a leading IT support solutions provider based in Oxfordshire. After several years of natural growth, they are now looking to recruit a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to deliver remote technical consultancy, project delivery and 3rd line IT support to their increasing client base.
This exciting 3rd Line IT Support Engineer opportunity offers you the chance to develop and increase not only your IT skills but your consultancy and project management skills with an exciting, expanding and rewarding company on a completely remote basis.
The idea candidate will have 3rd Line IT Support experience and have a strong MSP background.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as a technical lead
* Supply high standards of customer service
* Able to deliver and troubleshoot technical solutions
* Be an escalation point to 2nd line engineers
* Owning, managing and resolving 3rd Line incident
* Taking a lead IT projects and supporting new products
The following product knowledge is highly desirable:
* Windows Server
* Active Directory
* Microsoft 365 and related technologies
* Azure
* Hyper-V
* Networking (S2S/P2S VPN, VLAN, LACP)
* PC & Server hardware
This role is a fully remote role, you will be onboarding remotely but may need to visit the Oxfordshire office during the first couple of weeks or months.
