Temporary Chefs required in the Glasgow City area
Immediate start
Shift hours:
* Morning shift - 5:30am - 12:00pm
* Day shift - 11:30am - 10:00pm
Job duties:
* Planning menus
* Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
* Controlling budgets and minimizing wastage
* Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
* Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
* Being responsible for health and safety
* Being responsible for food hygiene practices
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate - Level 2
