Leasehold Enfranchisement

Leading Kent property firm seeks Solicitor (NQ+) or CILEX to deal with "Leasehold Enfranchisement" matters. You will be acting for both landlords & tenants dealing with collective enfranchisement and residential lease extensions which includes "right to mange" claims, preparing new leases and handling deeds of variations to existing leases. Some experience with LVT (Tribunal) work would be preferred - although not essential. Generous salary and benefits, Solicitors considered from NQ+.

Must have experience in Leasehold/Collective Enfranchisement matters. NQ+ Solicitor or CILEX
