SEMH Teachers
An SEMH school in the Cannock area are looking for Teachers and Instructors to work within their school on a day to day, short term and long-term basis. The school are requiring extra staff due to extra student referrals which means that the school are needing extra staff to teach, plan and mark.
The ideal candidate will be able to have strong presence and good behavior management skills within the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with SEMH
Manage behavior of pupils
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience working with SEMH students
Strong behavior management, with evidence of experience with de-escalation (Team-teach or MAPA)
A "team player" attitude with a positive and flexible approach to work
Experience teaching within an SEMH school or setting
