Marketing and Communications Manager

Permanent

Up to 30 hours, 3-4 days per week, term time plus 3 additional weeks

Grade 11 with an actual salary range £19,310 to £21,976, based on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and creative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Trust. Reporting to the CEO, you will work across the Trust to develop brand awareness and implement and maintain a robust strategic marketing and communications programme.

You will lead and co-ordinate all marketing activities for the Trust, helping to develop marketing strategies that reflect and build on the Trust’s brand. You will also oversee digital and social media, film and photography, publications and print materials, to ensure that the aims are communicated and implemented effectively.

This is an exciting time to join our team and a fantastic opportunity to take forward the marketing vision and strategy.

You will have demonstrable experience of working at a similar level and enjoy planning cyclical, external and internal marketing campaigns and events. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative and manage a varied workload. You will need to ensure you build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders across our schools and will ideally have a good
understanding of the challenges facing the education sector.
