Our product range comprises of clay bricks, Thermalite blocks, aggregate blocks, Red Bank chimney, roofing and flue systems, precast concrete and flooring products and Formpave permeable paving.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the position of Technical Support at Measham
The Role
This position is required to provide technical and commercial support to internal and external customers. This will include providing technical specification and product use guidance, aiding in the solving of technical issues, creating CAD drawings & details, calculating material quantities, producing schedules / quotations and the resolution of complaints.
Product and technical support to customers for brick, ConBloc block, Thermalite block and cladding systems will be required. This may involve providing information on the correct product specification and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
High standards of Customer Focus and Service are required.
The Candidate
- Working with accounts and on projects on a national basis
- Excellent technical knowledge of built-up walls and brick slip façade systems
- Detailed understanding of and the ability to interpret technical construction drawings
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Negotiation skills
- Strong IT skills
- Highly motivated with strong team ethics
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Strong presentation skills, especially with CPDs
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
The role holder is expected:
