We're looking for a talented Recruiter to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working within the care sector.
If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.
Please note: In this position you'll be needed to work some weekends and occasionally cover on-call in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.

The Role:
Reporting to the Manager and based from their offices just outside of Guildford, as the Recruiter you will be primarily responsible for sourcing Support Workers and Care Worker for this domiciliary care business.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Creating inventive ways to attract new candidates - including open days and attending forums
- Sourcing and approaching potential candidates
- Promoting the business effectively to ensure the best candidates want to work for the business
The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 and 1 week in 4 on-call.

The Candidate:
The Recruiter will have relevant background in working within the care sector. You'll also need a background in working within an office environment.
In addition, you'll need a clean DBS.
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Inventive and resourceful
- Good communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a small team

Basic salary: GBP23,500per annum
