Brand new exclusive roles to Department of Recruitment - Vehicle Inspector required*
We have several new, exciting opportunities for Vehicle Inspector to work for a national automotive company based in Upper Heyford. Two shifts are available both Monday to Friday with overtime paid at time and a half. 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm. These positions are based on a yearly contract and will be discussed at interview. Salary Per Annum without overtime - GBP25,000

This is a great chance for Vehicle Inspector to join an experienced body shop team and work in a fast-paced environment. Within this role there will be further opportunities available to train and up skill.

Role responsibilities

* Inspect vehicles to set customer standards, using mobile computer technology.
* Take images of damage as required, Dependent on customer inspection standard, review images to confirm quality.
* Have the ability to undertake, organise and carry out inspections on a day-to-day basis.
* Handle all Inspection equipment in a safe and proper manner.
* Provide a professional level of customer service to both internal and external customers, this includes carrying out demonstrations of inspection process
* Liaise closely with site personnel and maintain regular contact with line manager.
* Remain up-to-date on customer inspection process and standards.
* Take care and responsibility of all vehicles in your care, reporting immediately any accidents.
* Ensure that all operations are carried out within Health and Safety guidelines.
* Carry out other duties as requested by line manager.
The person
* Previous experience in a similar role will be essential (minimum 2 years)
* Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication skills and the ability to both work as part of a team and using own initiative.
