Multi-Trade Customer Care Operative
My client, a National Housebuilder part of a wider group of Companies are currently looking for a Customer Care Operative to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
This opportunity will entail providing maintnenance and repairs service to any new build units that fall under the 2 year warranty. We're looking for someone ideally with an all round knowledge however you must be experienced in plumbing.
As the properties are occupied, you must be a peoples person and able to communicate clearly and effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
We're looking for someone with atleast 2 years experience working for a Housebuilder OR working for a Contractor that provides maintenance services to these types of clients
