They are a historic county house hotel, located alongside the picturesque Hertfordshire town of Tring, a little more than an hour from central London. The Hotel offers luxury accommodation, Spa, Extensive Leisure facilities, Restaurant and Private Dining rooms and is a popular venue for Weddings and Events.
As a F&B Assistant you will be expected to have excellent product knowledge with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times.
They are ideally looking for F&B Assistant candidates who have:
* Experience of working in quality restaurants, ideally with some fine dining experience
* Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard
* Keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment
* Able to work effectively as part of a team
* the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
