Project Architect
Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working alongside one of the country's leading Architectural practices to recruit a Project Architect to join their talented team based on the outskirts of Canterbury.

Due to a consistent flow of notable projects a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Architect to become a key part of the future successes of the company.
The successful Project Architect will be expected to come in and hit the ground running, integrating with other members of the design and technical team. The role will initially be centred on mid to high-rise Residential projects, however you will be offered exposure to various large projects on a national scale covering various sectors including Educational, Commercial, Mixed-Use & Community.
Project Architect Requirements:
RIBA Chartered Architect
Ability to work across all RIBA stages
Confident communication skills
REVIT and AutoCAD proficiency essential
Ability to work as part of a team
In depth knowledge of UK Building Regs / UK construction methodology
Demonstrate high level of detailing knowledge
Excellent written and communication skills
As the successful Project Architect, you can expect to be offered a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the range of GBP40-GBP48k, plus generous benefits package, along with the chance to progress within a leading firm.
