Process and Procedure Analyst

£41,625 to £45,000 per annum

Hello, we’re the Pension Protection Fund. We protect millions of people in the UK who belong to defined benefit pension schemes. Our members rely on us to look after their pensions if their employers collapse and the pension schemes cannot afford to pay what they promised.

We have the opportunity for a Process and Procedures Analyst to join our Performance Improvement team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

By putting our members at the heart of everything you do, this position will lead and contribute to the delivery of the programme of procedure and process improvement work; ensuring improvements are customer-focussed, efficient, effective, and compliant with the law. This position will continuously monitor processes and provide analysis and insight to ensure they are delivering against stakeholder requirements, whilst looking for possible changes and efficiencies.

Our ideal applicant will have experience gained from within a pensions or other financial services environment. That experience will consist of configuring Pensions Administration Software or business application software.  You will have a passion to identify, document and analyse efficiencies in processes and control procedures; with the ability to understand and interpret business requirements.

Sound like you? Apply now.

In return for your skills, experience and commitment we’ll give you a challenging role within a business where you’ll get the support you need to develop your career.

You’ll also get an outstanding rewards package which includes a generous pension scheme, private medical insurance, health cash plan, critical illness insurance, volunteering leave, holiday trading and a discretionary bonus scheme.

We’ll also give you lots of opportunities for personal development and skills training.

Our Croydon office is just across the road from East Croydon station, which is around 15 minutes from Victoria or London Bridge, 10 minutes from Clapham Junction or half an hour from St Pancras.

We are a Disability Confident Leader, the highest accreditation under the Disability Confident Scheme. If you have a disability and meet the essential criteria for this role you will be guaranteed an interview.

We embrace diverse talent welcoming people with different beliefs, backgrounds and ways of working, and we aim to create an environment in which everyone can be themselves.

We are a flexible organisation and welcome the opportunity to talk about what arrangements may work best for you.

No agencies please.
