Our client provides total building maintenance and facilities management for commercial buildings within the private and public sectors. Their focus is on providing a quality service and excellent customer care to their clients. They pride themselves on their professional and personal approach.
Duties includes but are not limited to;
* Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
* Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and visiting for both office staff and the field engineers
* Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing reports, copying, binding, scanning etc
* Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
* Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
* Supporting the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
* Ensuring the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
* Provides information by answering questions and requests.
* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* A large part of the role will be checking, and completion of field engineers reports and scheduling works for the engineers
* Supporting the accounts team and dealing with suppliers / sub-contractors.
* You will also be the first point of contact for client calls
Salary is subject to arrangement for the correct person and in the range is GBP22,000 to GBP27,000 pro rata
