An Administration Handler is required to work within a team to produce invoices, oversee account transactions and liaise with our clients. The role involves collaboration with team members and clients to ensure our transportation services are charged for efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Construct invoices for vehicles and various transportation costs.
* Send invoices within a timely manner
* Be in communication with clients overseeing payment
* Report to the Account Manager with statement updates and any issues should they arise
* Provide support and cover for other members of the team
Required Skills:
* Efficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Detail oriented
* Good communication skills
* Proficient in meeting deadlines
