1st Step Solutions are currently representing a reputable business based Kent. This established Client requires an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The candidate:
- You will have experience working with the latest Autodesk software. i.e. Revit, Fabrication CADMEP, Navisworks, etc.
- HVAC experience highly advantageous
- Be ambitions to progress their career within the HVAC/MEP industry and grow into a senior role.
Duties:
- Generation of fully coordinated 3D models derived from 2D AEC design information.
- Project coordination skills will be developed in addition to services coordination, with opportunities to manage a small team of technicians in relation to their project(s).
- Gradual introduction to client liaison
