CNC Offline Programmer - Mastercam

Offline Programmer required to join a well established Engieering company based in the Swadlincote area. The succesfull candidate will be required to support the production team with the off-line programming for a range of machines including a water jet machine, a router (3 axis), and a Gerber cutter.

This is a great opportunity for an expereinced offline programmer that has experience working with CNC Milling machines.

CNC Offline Programmer - Mastercam Position Overview

Use MasterCAM for off-line CNC programming, prove out new jobs within the NPI process and set jobs as required.
Receiving drawings, models and specifications, analysing a questioning them in order to propose best methods for manufacture at quote stage.
Take over the ownership of the tooling controls
Support Business Development on technical aspects for customer communication

CNC Offline Programmer - Mastercam Position Requirements

Previous experience within an offline programming position or similar
Experience / competency with Cam packages ( Preferably MasterCAM)
Previous experience on Water jet machines, Routers or Gerber Cutters is advantageous
Must be based within a commutable distance of Swadlincote

CNC Offline Programmer - Mastercam Position Remuneration

Full time, permanent position
07:45am to 16:30pm, Monday to Thursday (can do 08:15 - 17:00 if preferred) 12:30 finish on Fridays
GBP14 - GBP16 per hour (DOE)
