German Speaking Account Co-ordinator

Our client is seeking German Speaking Account Co-ordinator & Sales Support staff to assist in the management of our accounts and providing administrative support to the Sales team.
Duties
Serve as liaison for dedicated accounts and be the first point of contact for the office
Place orders for customers and on behalf of the Sales team
Assist and advise customers via email or the preferred communication channel requested by the customer
Arrange transport and delivery of orders
Manage internal and external correspondence and communications in a timely manner
Receive and deal with telephone enquiries including follow-up
Compile various reports as required
Maintain records and other documentation
Assist in co-ordinating stock and information for special events, including international toy fairs
Identify and recommend improvements for administrative procedures and implement changes as appropriate
Provide the highest level of courtesy and professionalism to resolve issues
Work closely effectively with all departments including finance and warehousing
Be driven and highly self-motivated with outstanding customer services skills
Skills and Experience
Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills
Previous experience working and leading a team in a fast-paced customer service account-based environment
Experience using multiple CRM systems
Strong time management skills
Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills
Previous customer service experience is essential! We need a real team-player with a cheerful disposition and a 'can do' attitude
Professional, confident and courteous telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
Excellent IT skills and ability to pick up new programmes/systems quickly
Fast learner and able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
