Liberty HR Recruitment are absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our client to gain a Talent and Resourcing Co-ordinator on a 6-month FTC. This role is full time and based on the outskirts of Southampton.
This varied role is sat within a small but perfectly formed team, and the main purpose of the role is to support all aspects of the recruitment Function and provide administration support to the HR team.
Some of your duties will include:
* Assisting managers with recruitment needs and giving guidance.
* Writing and posting job adverts using relevant platforms.
* Responsible for co-ordinating the apprentice programme.
* Ensuring references are completed for all new starters.
* Creating and sending offer letters and contracts for successful applicants.
* Provide query resolution and general HR administrative duties.
A CIPD qualification would be advantageous, however, this is not essential. Previous recruitment experience is imperative.
As a person you will be flexible, organised, have excellent communication skills, be a great team player and be IT Literate.
This role reports directly into the wonderful HR Manager and the salary will be between GBP20,000- GBP23,000 (pro rata) depending on experience. This role also benefits from free parking.
