Our client is a thriving manufacturer who have an exciting opportunity and due to sustained growth are looking for a part time Sales Administration Support to join their busy team.

My client will consider potential candidates who wish to work school hours or term time

THE ROLE
Responsible for the inputting of customer orders onto their internal systems

Duties will duties include:
Pre-Sales Support
Support the Sales departments internal & external sales functions
Keep internal & external sales functions up to date with latest production lead times, product issues, stock levels and transportation requirements
Where required assist external & internal sales functions in production of sales offers to ensure full scope of works etc. are adequately articulated & documented consistent with a contracting environment
Assistant repeat business by providing excellent customer service
Post-Sales Support
Responsible for receipt of sales
Ensure all sales orders are booked into the Companys database
Acknowledgment of sales orders
Where required, prepare and issue project programme to customers
Responsible for post-order correspondence with customers ensuring all aspects of a project are effectively communicated and documented

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy demanding business environment, a working level of Microsoft Office applications. Experience of working within the construction or manufacturing Industry (preferred but not essential)
