In this role you will be managing and co-ordinating discrete talent interventions and programmes: for example, managing communications plans; acting as the main point of contact for delegates and suppliers; and liaising with commercial colleagues as needed to ensure sound budget management.
You will hold:
Proven ability to work at pace, delivering high quality which meets customer need
Evidence of strong attention to detail, experience managing competing demands and deadlines
Knowledge of project management principles, confident working to and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders
Experience keeping stakeholders informed, tailoring messages as appropriate You will hold:

You will ensure that the development and delivery of HR solutions meet business needs and drive engagement, inclusion, and well-being outcomes.
You will work collaboratively and at pace, at times with competing and changing priorities. The ideal candidates will demonstrate curiosity to support our diverse workforce needs and a commitment to developing expertise in the Civil Service HR profession.
