We are delighted to be working with an exquisite hotel on the outskirts of Chippenham as we look to recruit for a number of vacancies within their busy kitchen.
Our client is looking to recruit a number of experienced chefs ranging from:
* Junior Sous Chef
* Banqueting Sous Chef
* Commis Chef
* Demi Chef De Partie
* Head Chef
* Breakfast Chef
All vacancies offer a competitive salary and come with an excellent package. You will be working within a great, friendly and fun environment which has a great family feel to it.
Each vacancy has various roles involved such as:
* Food prep
* Cleaning and tidying the kitchen
* Ensuring smooth running of the kitchen
* Excellent communication with your team
* Make sure you keep and perform to high standards of food service and prep
* Control food wastage
* Follow instructions from the head chef
* Cooking and serving dishes
* Maintaining exceptional levels of hygiene
* Assist the head chef with menu writing and planning
Hours of work will be 48 hours per week which will include working weekends. Shifts can vary from 08:00 to 23:00
