Business Systems Trainee Analyst / Developer

£24,773 - £27,294 per annum / 37 hrs a week / Bangor and working from home / Permanent 

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in north Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across north Wales.

Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve. You will assist with resolution of support calls and change requests received by the support desk, using modern agile management techniques (Kanban, Scrum etc), within the defined service standards and with a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll also assist with the development and implementation of new solutions and with the enhancement of existing systems to meet Adras’ digital strategy and corporate plan objectives using appropriate technology such as electronic forms and workflows.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.

Byddwch hefyd yn cynorthwyo i ddatblygu a gweithredu datrysiadau newydd a gwneud yn fawr o systemau presennol i ddiwallu amcanion strategaeth ddigidol Adra ac amcanion y cynllun corfforaethol gan ddefnyddio technoleg briodol fel ffurflenni electronig a llif gwaith.
