HLM Property Manager require a Leasehold Block Property Manager for our Exeter office.
This is an exciting role managing a portfolio of properties and their residents.
The role includes property site visits, budget control, overseeing projects and contractor management. There are occasional out of hours AGMs.
Excellent customer service skills, IT literacy and a driving licence are essential.
Previous experience of Leasehold Property Management would be an advantage.
Salary package up to £32,000pa (inclusive of car allowance) depending on experience and qualifications.
