Customer Sales Administrator - Retail
Derbyshire
GBP21,500 per annum
Outsource UK's construction Client are looking to hire an Customer Sales Administrator to act as a focal point for customers for the provision of a wide range of information e.g delivery schedules.
Responsibilities include:
Portraying an excellent company image to customers, encouraging repeat business
Achieve service targets and overall business target across the establishment, maintenance and improvement of business relationships and market knowledge within a designated territory
Deliver a best in class orders service by identifying customer needs and going the extra mile
Make the best economic use of the company resources to ensure delivery to the satisfaction of the customer
Liaise with customers, solve problems provide information, resolve complaints appropriately
Develop relationships and build rapport with internal and external customers
Decide delivery priorities in the event of supply problems and guide dispatch through a revised schedules
Support investigation into customer queries, with recommendations to resolve
Communicate issues discovered with transport of stock availability and help update office board/information screens
Liaise with production/dispatch personnel to anticipate potential customer service issues and seek to resolve any such problems
Communicate with customers to inform them of the status of delivery, discussing alternative solutions with them, updating dispatch comments each timeExperience Required
Experienced in customer service delivery
Able to work collaboratively with the team
Able to work under pressure
Excellent telephone manner
Customer focused approach
Organised with an ability to prioritise
