Civil Litigation Solicitor
Are you a Civil Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step? We are interested in speaking with newly qualified Solicitors, or a Solicitor who has up to 5 years post qualification experience, who can provide efficient and effective legal advice, assistance, and representation. You'll be rewarded with a salary up to GBP35,000 per annum.
If you're a passionate, friendly, and enthusiastic person looking for new opportunities and widen your expertise, this is the job for you! As there is scope for the role to include Personal Injury work in addition to Litigation. Training and guidance will be provided.
Duties of the Civil Litigation Solicitor:
- Deal with correspondence and telephone queries, managing the client's expectations
- Deal with clients requiring Civil Litigation advice in person
- Provide written advice to the client, where necessary
- Maintain proper diary systems
- Brief counsel, where necessary/appropriate
- Assess clients for public funding/legal representation
- Submit interim and final bills on a regular basis
