Assistant Service Manager

An opportunity has arisen within one of the most established automotive groups on the south coast for a focussed and motivated Assistant Service Manager.

Based near Worthing, West Sussex, you will be leading and motivating a small team, driving the business forward. The long-term goal is to expand and grow the business, meaning there will room for you to progress into a senior management.

Requirements

For this role, the ideal background would be from the service department or workshop ideally in a leadership role. This may be in the form of a Service Reception Manager, Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller.

You will need to be free and available to work Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings; 8am - 12:30pm.

The Package

You will be offered a basic salary of GBP30,000 with an OTE between GBP35,000 - GBP38,000. Plus company benefits.
