This is a Fixed Term Contract (approx. 9 months - potential to extend). By joining Think Business Loans,* Your day to day will include:*

• Checking the applications for secured loans from start to finish.
• Sorting out documentation necessary for a tender to go out.
• Quality assurance for each individual tender that goes out.
• Updating the THINK Business Finance app
• Managing the busy inbox - filing, replying, and forwarding emails
• Updating spreadsheets and data entry
• Chasing applications with Lender's underwriting status
• Chasing applications with Agents returned status.
• Answering and making phone call
• Any other ad hoc administration

About you:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role.
• Confident and ambitious
• Pro-active with great attention-to-detail
• Target driven and used to working towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of productivity and tenacity with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
