THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're supporting a well-known business within the Credit Hire industry who is looking to expand their team as part of their expansion. The successful candidate will be working within the recovery department liaising with insurance businesses and discussing settlements.
As the business is expanding, opportunities exist to rapidly progress with the business and take upwards career steps. If you have experience in Credit Hire/ULR/Uninsured Loss Recovery then get in touch to discuss this great opportunity.
THE RECOVERIES HANDLER ROLE:
Managing own caseloads and working to monthly objectives
Negotiating settlement of the losses with insurers
Handling incoming post and telephone calls
Resolving liability and quantum disputes.
Processing any payments received.
Instructing Solicitors to issue proceedings wherever necessary.
Liaising with clients, referrers, solicitors and insurers ensuring that they are updated of any developments at all times.THE PERSON:
Must have experience in a similar role in either Credit Hire, Claims, RTA, ULR or any kind of Recoveries Handler position
Computer literate with MS Office
Excellent customer service skills and a confident communicator
Ability to build relationshipsTO APPLY
